The Todo Seks Fitness Program (aka Mark Herras's Guide to Losing Weight)
Like any other person who went through a stack of Nancy Drew books as a teenager, you won't go blind from masturbating too much. In fact, in a recent Men's Health issue, there's no such thing as too much.
There is a co-relation, though, between sex and weight loss.
Alright, maybe there isn't. Yet. But one can easily be made when you think about how studies are pointing to intercourse as an effective calorie burner.
Sex is a physical activity. Locomotion and muscle action is involved. As such, when you do it over and beyond the act of reproducing your DNA, then it's technically a work-out.
Thus, one day, I went to our local gym, and proposed the most revolutionary work-out program ever deviously devised by yours truly. I'm calling it the "Todo Seks Fitness Program", and I would very much like it if Mark Herras can endorse.
I. Warm-up / Foreplay
Begin with 5-10 minutes of moderate cardio exercises. Do torrid kissing, exploring your partner's body.
II. Stretching
AKA: "I'll try to eat mine, if you try to eat yours." Lie on a flat surface, and try as much as you can to reach your own genitalia.
Using the Kama Sutra as a guide, go through a series of positions without actual penetration. Hold each position for at least 30 seconds, resting at most 10 seconds in between.
III. Weight Lifting
Commence penetration while doing sexual positions that involve lifting. For Beginners, do 5 positions, 3 sets of 8 reps each. Advance by increasing number of reps and sets, as well as number of sexual partners involved.
IV. Sprint
Now, for the remaining 20 minutes of your work-out, do an intense cardio work-out. Penetrate and pump aggressively, making sure you involve your core muscles and glutes. Perhaps, a circuit of Reverse Cowgirl, Monkey Congress, and Side-spoon would work for the Beginners.
V. Cooldown
Once you and your partner(s) have reached climax, cooldown by savoring the afterglow.
